These terms are between Symbians Sports Academy, which runs Symbians FC, Club One, Global City, Virar West, Maharashtra 401303, and the player, or the parent or guardian of a player under 18.
Enrolment and free trial
- New players can book a free trial session before enrolling.
- A parent or guardian must enrol players under 18 and keep their contact details up to date.
- Players are placed in an age group and batch by our coaches.
Fees and payment
- The fee schedule, due dates and payment methods are shared with you in writing before enrolment, and form part of these terms.
- A player may be paused from training if fees remain unpaid after the due date.
- Tournament entries, kits and travel may be charged separately; we will tell you before you pay.
Refunds and cancellations
- Fees once paid are not refundable, including for sessions a player misses.
- If we cancel a session because of weather, ground availability or other reasons, we will try to reschedule it.
- To stop training, tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp) before the next fee is due.
Health, safety and medical consent
- Football is a contact sport and carries a risk of injury. Our coaches take reasonable care, but we are not liable for injuries that happen despite that care.
- Tell us about any medical condition, allergy or injury that could affect training.
- In an emergency, we will contact the parent or guardian and, if needed, arrange first aid or medical help on the player's behalf.
- Players must wear shin guards and suitable football boots or shoes.
Conduct
Players, parents and guardians are expected to respect coaches, teammates, opponents and officials. We may suspend or end a player's enrolment for repeated misconduct, bullying, or behaviour that puts others at risk.
Photos and videos
We take photos and videos at training, matches and events, and may share them, with results and player first names, on this website and our social media. A parent or guardian can opt out, or ask us to remove a published photo, at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

The content, logos and photos on this website belong to Symbians FC or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our consent. We try to keep information such as schedules and fees accurate, but it may change; please confirm details with us.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vasai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
